And Amy, I do like the flaming chalice; it's just that the word "chalice" reminds me of my brief attempt to be a Wiccan.
I am having some technical difficulties with Blogger and the cute puppies. I created the document in Word (a feat in and of itself) and then uploaded it to google docs, which jumpled the pictures badly and provided no way to get them back to normal. In the end, I just took a picture of the printout and uploaded it here, and this is as many pixels as we get. If you make it larger, it just distorts. But don't worry, Mary Beth, I have a paper copy for you.Cindihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09578277122295278338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6962940693663816302.post-80534384061487805202008-08-19T19:28:00.000-07:002008-08-19T19:28:00.000-07:00Symbols- UU- it's always reminded me of a genie's ...Symbols- UU- it's always reminded me of a genie's lamp. What I think we need is a bigger Enneagram of Cute Puppies... I can barely make out the cute puppies. Enneagram of Big, Cute Puppies, please...

Also: Untarian Universalism's name problem is that it sounds like the Unification Church, which really is a cult. So take off AT LEAST another point there.Mary Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12753503130238983255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6962940693663816302.post-29268524812399818702008-08-19T14:13:00.000-07:002008-08-19T14:13:00.000-07:00Hi Mario. I worry when any organization (including my church) starts down the road of thinking "The world needs us, whether they know it yet or not!"
Maybe it will be a good thing if the Enneagram gets more popular; we'll see.Cindihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09578277122295278338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6962940693663816302.post-59378049607388442892008-08-19T12:41:00.000-07:002008-08-19T12:41:00.000-07:00Cindi, You raise some excellent points. The implication is that, rather than being a tool that people can use for whatever path they are on, the Enneagram is a path unto itself.
It's not, and shouldn't be.
There are enough people trying to save the world; I hope the Enneagram community stays out of that business.
It was nice to meet you at the conference this year.
Warmly,
Mario SikoraAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02323101791503140012noreply@blogger.com
